Job Description


a) Managing organizational sales by developing a business strategies and plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

b) To study and understand customers' needs, potential and relationship to prospect services.

c) Meeting targets and planned monthly /annual goals.

d) Setting individual sales targets and KPIs with the sales team.

e) Tracking sales goals and reporting results as required.

f) Overseeing and supervising the activities and performance of the sales team.

g) Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

h) To provide ongoing training and advisory role to sales team.

i) Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

j) Promoting and elevating organization's branding, business and services.

k) Dedication to providing great customer service.

l) Works hand in hand with laboratory and management team on business and service expansion and capabilities.


a) Minimum of 5 years of working experience in sales line or equivalent.

b) Posses at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree academic qualification in Chemistry/ Food Technology/ Food Industry or equivalent.

c) Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, managing and directing a sales team, and related experience preferred.

d) Posses a valid driver's lesson

e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
