Creation of proposals, elevator pitches, RFIs & RFP response management, & research.
Solution defining & proposal creation for Presales / Sales Enablement services.
Create well - structured proposals/ RFI responses, lead the development of the solution, working closely with Business Development (Sales) and Delivery/ Operations teams.
To create a compliance matrix
Sales collateral creation & repository management- create sales collateral viz.
Case studies, Concept Notes, Elevator pitch, etc.
Creation of outlines, storyboarding and win themes
Articulate value proposition and highlight sales messages
Assess technology portion’s opportunity, solution alignment, and risk prior to obtaining bid / no-bid approval, from appropriate technology and business leaders, based upon opportunity’s risk and compliance to company strategy
Organize, facilitate and lead Technology bid review and approval processes in compliance with established technology review criteria
Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal- writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
Manages technical volumes & sections, including technical & management approaches, personnel & staffing approaches, past performance & corporate experiences.
Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, HR operations and solutions teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.

This is a US EST Shift Timings Role

4 – 6 years in presales, proposal management, proposal writing,
IT services industry experience is must
Understanding of IT Services and Consulting business
Must have managed large and complex RFPs
Ability to work under high-pressure environment and deadlines
Fundamental knowledge of IT services (web design, web development, cloud, mobility, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
