Desired Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Able to converse and read Malay and English.
Mandarin speaking would be an added advantage
Friendly Guest disposition
Outgoing and fun personality
Not colour blind
Must have the ability to participate effectively in teams.
Willing to work long hours based on Operation’s needs.
Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.


Job Summary

Job Specific Responsibilities
Operate the Attraction according to the trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Manage queue lines.
Ensure compliance with ride restrictions.
Load and unload rides.
Ensure personal, Guest and Crew safety at all times.
Report any machinery failure and maintenance required to the supervisor.
Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures.
Suggest and recommend to Guests.
Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve Guest challenges as soon as possible.
Liaise with other departments such as cleaning, maintenance and guest services on a need’s basis.
Maintain the dress standards set by Rides & Attractions at all times.
Maintain overall cleanliness of the Attraction areas.
