Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Design of industrial and intelligent process control and instrumentation systems for Industrial Facilities and Commercial Buildings, with the support of a senior engineer if necessary.  Design of Extra Low Voltage Systems comprising of Public Address Systems, Access Control and Security Systems, Closed Circuit Television Systems, Information and Communications Technology Systems, Gas Detection Systems, Facilities Management Control Systems, Building Management Systems and Fire Alarm systems with the support of a senior engineer if necessary.  Ensure that the installation of ELV related systems are in compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards.  Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation for the ELV package.  Review the Bill of quantities and generate procurement specification for ELV package.  Understand the Plant safety requirements and use the guidelines for safety during construction and commissioning works.  Plan and Organize day to day permit to work for site construction works.  Able to prepare construction sequence & plan , mobilize resources accordingly.  Support commercial team on the change order i.e. evaluate the scope /pricing.  Support Quality assurance department  Organize and supervise the commissioning activities.  Attend project meetings as required by Project Manager  Involve in testing and commissioning of the installed systems and ensure compliance and handover

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, pdf document generation and management  Technical knowledge and understanding of Basic Engineering Design and Construction for Distributed Control System, Programmable Logic Controller and , Direct Digital Controller systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, networking and Building Automation Management systems  Knowledge in IoT and Industry 4.0.  Basic knowledge in selection of instruments for different applications.  Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.  Good knowledge of local code of practice and International Standards for design implementation.
