Inviting applications for the role of Solution Architect.


As a Solution Architect you’ll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provides the Solution Architect with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.


Your Role

The Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, You will be involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. The solution architect's process typically involves recommending the most appropriate technology for the client based on the architect’s expertise. Typical responsibilities include:

• Provide the connection between our clients’ strategic business leaders and technical team by clearly communicating business functional issues • Conduct business processes and requirements analysis

• Advise clients on key architectural decisions concerning the RapidResponse platform and supporting technologies

• Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management

• Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion

• Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans

• Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience

• Five or more years of experience developing, supporting or implementing RapidResponse required. • Five or more years of experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management

• Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations

• Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle

• Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus

• Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment

• An ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus

• Good work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire to learn


Location and Travel

India, 50% travel required
