About the role:

  • Casual hours available with weekday and weekend shift options
  • Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
  • Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
  • Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
  • Our ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Cert III in Aged/Individual/Community or similar is essential.
  • Knowledge of the aged care industry, regulations and funding would be highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience as an AIN in Australia.
  • A passion for delivering high quality care to make a difference for our Residents.

  • All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal's police check system and obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider. You may also be required to undergo pre-employment medical and attend a drug screen.
