Description

The incumbent shall be responsible for executing accurate and timely shipping operation activities, quality operations in line with GDP and GMP practices, and pursuing cost improvement initiatives across the Sydney and Australia distribution network, which will enable competitive pricing whilst maintaining operational margins. His or Her responsibilities shall not be limited to the followings:

  • Execute ‘best in class’ operations management of the Sydney hub for warehousing and packaging. This includes, but is not limited toManagement of inventory for local and agents’ use.Management of Reverse Logistics of Packaging Materials
  • Vendor Management to ensure performance meets Marken’s requirements
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service Managers to develop new logistics solutions in emerging markets
  • Ensure best in high-quality operational process, constant improvement and cost efficiency
  • Engage with all members of the Marken Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane teams to establish Best in Class processes across Australia
  • Prepare Temperature controlled packaging for Day-to-Day shipments. Smart boxes and Credo’s. Including Cleaning, prevention, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring all activities are performed safely, reliably, accurately, and in accordance with SOP’s
  • Preparation, implementation, and set up of Marken technologies, asset tagging, roambee, Intemp loggers, Ultra loggers.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • General Warehouse housekeeping and delivering of products if needed.
  • Assist to oversee drivers forms (cleaning records etc)
  • Retrieve returned temp loggers from drivers and attach data into Maestro.
  • Kit distribution and inventory 
  • Check and maintain Warehouse equipment – Forklift, pallet jack, trolleys
  • Assist loading and unloading shipments. – inbound and outbound shipments check list
  • Secures warehouse by turning alarms on/off 
  • Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Possess the "Can Do” Attitude 
  • Sound knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Cold-chain management
  • Exposed to regional vendor management
  • Strong investigational capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Time Management and Prioritization skills
