Location: Ealge Farm, QLD
The HSEQ Administrator will be responsible for evaluating our existing safety management system (SMS) to review, develop and update information to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for providing additional support and assistance on safety and facility related matters, to ensure compliance with legal and other requirements (LOR).
This is a 6 month fixed-term position.
Review and development of procedures, documents, and forms to maintain compliance to Australian regulatory requirements.
Assist in the co-ordination of safety related HSE management system training as directed by the HSE Manager.
Conduct WHS Inspections and internal audits on the organisations process/procedures as directed.
Assist with the action items from audit findings in accordance with existing policies, procedures, and company requirements.
Generate HSE related reports.
Work with the HSE team to engage with team members to promote good communication and consultation in relation to safety practices, and procedural requirements.
Assist and support Supervisors in the delivery of Safety Inductions.
Partner with managers and team members in day-to-day risk management activities, including identification of hazards and implementation of effective control strategies.
Work with sites to support the implementation of 5S Standards as directed.
Assist with reporting on the compliance of all Terex Road Maps, Polices, Procedures, Standard Work Instructions and documented HSE Management System as directed.
Any other duties as required or directed by the HSE Manager.
Experience and Qualifications
Certificate 4 in OH&S or equivalent.
Previous experience in review of business management systems within a similar role.
Advanced level of skill in Word Processing and Microsoft Excel.
Previous auditing experience is desirable.
Organised, structured and detail orientated.
