Secureworks is hiring a Senior Principal Software Engineer for our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Force development team. The successful candidate will join our IT organization as we work to expand our Salesforce ecosystem.
Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, coordination and communication. Effectively acts as the liaison between users, vendors, and the IT team.
Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Evangelize current Sales Cloud and FinancialForce best practices and provide recommendations for future growth and scalability,
Directly interfaces with business and technical teams to understand requirements to design and deliver solutions
Utilize established software development methodologies to coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Perform integration mapping between FinancialForce and other packages.
Prepares documentation and informational training materials, conducts new user training.
Minimum 5 years Salesforce.com experience as an Administrator
Minimum 3 years FinancialForce implementation or support
Minimum 3 years Lightning or one full LEX conversion (Lightning Web Components preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years experience with Apex, Flows
Minimum 1 year experience with SQL/SOQL
Minimum 1 year Agile Scrum Software Development Life Cycle
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)
Salesforce Advanced Admin & Salesforce Developer Certifications
Financial Force Revenue Management experience
Familiarity with Workday integration
Familiarity with Copado or similar CI/CD tools
Familiarity with professional services and finance operations practices
