Oversee the implementation of projects in accordance with the approved scope and ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with requirements
Ensure appropriate project governance is maintained across projects
Assess project resourcing levels and leverage resources as appropriate to meet project timelines and cost
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Share relevant information to internal stakeholders
Create and review project documents.
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
2+ years of project management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of the design lifecycle
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Ability to navigate project changes in scope timeline and budget, determining the optimal path forward for the project
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as ability to motivate and influence others without a direct reporting relationship
