About the Client:
The client is a provider of stone cladding & flooring materials, designer outdoor furniture, and outdoor fabrics

  • 3-5 years of Australian bookkeeping experience
  • proficient with Netsuite
  • Knowledgeable about Australian Taxation (GST, PAYG, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable about MS Excel 
  • Good English communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of the account inbox
  • Recording and monitoring the company's credit card transactions
  • Data entry of financial records
  • Prepare Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
  • Preparation of Tax compliance reports and Tax returns
  • Prepare and check client's invoices
  • Prepare End of Month Reports
