As a Staff Engineer RF Design and RF Testing you are in charge of dealing with test and measurement equipments and are eager to characterize RF devices for 5G applications. With you daily work you support our decision making for active RF devices. In your new role you will:
  • Be responsible for the definition of test & analysis concepts as well as for test specifications for technology development and back end testing
  • Develop test hardware and software for verification, analysis, qualification, characterization and production test
  • Conduct product verification and characterization
  • Support and optimize test packages throughout the product lifetime
  • Take care of the yield monitoring and improvement
  • Handle the electrical analysis in case of customer rejects or production test issues
  • Perform product engineering tasks in the framework of cross functional teams

Your Profile

You demonstrate high quality standards during your testing and measurement work and aim for the best results. Furthermore, you think and act in a cooperative way, as well as being a good team player.
In addition to that you are feel comfortable to technical lead and develop further the team members.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A technical background through a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
  • Gained at least 3-5 years of professional experience within semiconductor industry and within multi-cultural teams
  • Good know-how of RF design, RF testing and measurement
  • Programming skills in C/C++, VBA, MATLAB or Python
  • Willingness to solve problems, learn and share
  • A high motivation to expand your scope
  • Fluent English language skills, and good in German
