About the Role:

Based in our Parramatta office, and working within our longstanding Defence Contract, an opportunity exists for an experienced asset category planner.

Ventia is the largest provider of Defence estate support services and facilities management. We have over 20 years’ experience delivering base support capabilities.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Providing technical support and own the asset strategy for all Civil and Environmental built assets across the Defence estate including

Performance measurement, compliance and reporting for the Civil engineering and technical components of Asset Management
Technical inspections and work having documented records stored correctly
Configuration Control and management of civil assets where practicable
Compliance with our Risk Management, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment management systems, including statutory obligations.

Key Skills and Abilities:

3-5 years relevant experience preferred
Bachelor of engineering civil/ environmental
Competencies in the use of computer IT application such as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Special conditions:

This position requires to be an Australian Citizen.
This position requires an Australian Federal Police check.
Must be able to obtain an Australian Defence Baseline Security Clearance.
Some travel may be required.

Applicants for this role must be Australian Citizens and be willing to complete an AGSFA security clearance.
