Ventia are looking for an experienced Asset Engineer to support the recently awarded Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) and Sydney Harbour Tunnel (SHT) Asset Management Contract.
NSW Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel Asset Management Services Contract with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), provides operations, maintenance and strategic asset management services for the Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel. The works include whole-of-life asset risk and electricity volume risk, as well as 24/7 tunnel control over 35 years.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role is responsible for the implementation of the Asset Management System, as well as planning, scheduling, monitoring, control activities and coordinating the delivery of Maintenance and Project works.
What you’ll be doing:
Development, review, and implementation of Asset Management documentation and processes
Extract, refine, analyse and utilise maintenance and asset condition/performance data
Development and review of Annual Maintenance Plan
Collaborate with Maintenance Managers and Supervisors in implementing maintenance programs from conception to execution and delivery
Use the Maximo AIMS to plan/schedule, generate, distribute work orders to work parties (internal and external)
Oversee, track, and report the overall condition and performance of assets within site to Asset Manager and Maintenance Team
Tertiary qualification in engineering, or construction-related discipline
Previous exposure to road maintenance or construction activities
Understanding of Asset Management and O&M principles and standards, in particular AIMS (preferably Maximo)
Experience of implementing an AIMS/CMMS
Proven ability to extract, refine, analyse, interpret and use Engineering data
Stakeholder relationship management skills (internal and external)
