Macquarie Asset Management Group (MAM) are seeking an innovative and dynamic individual to join our Client Solutions team (CSG) as a Roadshow Coordinator, based in Sydney.
The Client Solutions Group (CSG) is an integrated global distribution platform, providing clients with a single point of contact across all our Asset Management capabilities. CSG’s broad remit extends across our Private Markets and Public Investments teams and includes product development, raising capital into funds, separate mandates and co-investments, developing new client relationships and managing these relationships on an ongoing basis.
Working closely with investment teams across both Public Investments and Private Markets, you will be the central point of contact responsible for delivering roadshows across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for the planning, project management and execution of roadshow activities including engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders, planning schedules, and delivering background briefings.
You will also ensure participants have marketing collateral, documents and presentations required for each investor meeting and you will take ownership and initiative to creatively problem solve and help troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling issues. You will be flexible with a hands-on approach that places emphasis on partnering with the business. You will also be responsible for liaising with Executive Assistants located in MAM offices across the Asia-Pacific region to ensure that all travel logistics are organised and complying with legal and compliance requirements.

With a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, you will have a minimum of 1 year’s work experience, ideally in roadshow or event planning, with exposure to coordinating and delivering in a similar corporate environment. You will be a self-starter with an ability to operate with minimal guidance and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You will be solutions-orientated, collaborative, with the ability to multi-task and deliver the highest levels of attention to detail. You will have excellent time management, organizational and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of making decisions in a pressurized environment.
