Sous Chef


Our client a well-established Game Lodge is urgently looking to employ an experienced Sous Chef at their organization
Location: Groblersbrug, Limpopo (near Tom Burke)
Requirements: The position is live-in so candidates must be willing to relocate
Matric
Formal cooking diploma/degree
3-5 years of experience in a Sous Chef position in a formal restaurant/hotel
Must have experience in running functions up to 250 pax at a 5-star level
Must have strong knowledge of food and kitchen procedures
Must be a strong leader who can oversee and manage employees
Responsibilities: 
Create, cost, and maintain recipes
Assist with the management of the kitchen together with the executive chef
Maintain and implement hygiene standards
Assist with stock takes and staff training
