Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for 2 x Customer Sales Relationship Managers, 1 in Nelspruit and 1 in East London. The purpose of both positions is to promote and sell all portfolio products to established and new customers and existing customer projects (Interaction with government officials and other stake holders).

Minimum Requirements:

Matric; Tertiary Qualification in Marketing / Sales
Computer Literate (MS Office, SAGE)
5 Years experience in a similar role
Well groomed, well-spoken - driven by customer satisfaction and personal goals
1 x Candidate currently based in Nelspruit
1 x Candidate currently based in East London
Previous selling experience in a manufacturing and/or hardware, building supplies & construction environment.
Competency in required computer software, e.g. Sales Logics, Microsoft Office and Lotus notes to
ensure effective administration, communication and presentation skills
Adhere strictly to the company’s policies with regards to business ethics and anti-competitive behaviour
Valid Drivers License, No Criminal Record / Restrictions

The implementation and management of marketing and sales strategies
The achievement of set sales and financial targets (margin, DSO’s and ASP and Volume)
Increasing the distribution channels of products and services offered by the company
Resolving customer complaints that might arise
Pricing of tender documents as well as day to day quotations requested by customers inclusive of estimations from plans submitted by customers
Monitoring and reporting of competitor pricing and strategies
Regular product training for internal staff and customers alike
Continuous promotion of company products to markets dominated by other products – low cost housing, government projects and sheet metal
Assist in the effective management of customer accounts
Building long-term business relationships with customers
Submission of monthly management and market reports as required by superior
Monthly auditing and authorization of transporter claims
Fulfilling the internal sales function if and when required
Take Internal Sales Consultants on customers visits as and when required
Participating in stock takes on a regular basis
Ensuring site safety and that company health and safety standards are implemented and adhered to in the daily depot operations
Salary Package: Basic Salary: R35K-40K per month Plus Benefits (Medical Aid; Pension fund; Housing Allowance
Cell phone Allowance; Company Car; Guaranteed 13th cheque)
