Technical Account Manager (Information Technology)

Our global client is looking for an eager and motivated Technical Account Manager Team Lead for their growing team of experienced TAMs.You and your team of TAMs will act as the Virtual Head of IT to multiple clients and serve as their primary point of contact for both operational and strategic needs. You will be managing key clients for the company while leading the TAMs by example and elevating the TAM service to the next level. Please note this role is remote.Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will have the majority of the below skills and experienceInterpersonal skillsTechnology:Successful background in software engineering and/or infrastructure.Understanding of why multi-environment estates are important.Certified to a high level in public cloud offerings (at least one of MS Azure, AWS, GCP)Either held a client facing role within, or close proximity and engagement to Digital Product teams or CTO.Change:Understanding and experience of how legacy IT, Infrastructure, Platform, SaaS and DevOps disciplines can be used to effectively modernize business.Evidence of having worked as part of a technology team that you helped to modernize to support the needs of a demanding business.Beneficial:Understanding of ITIL v3/4 principles and conceptsDemonstrable experience in leading major system replacement/upgrade projects.Recognising and developing new business opportunities.Please apply directly online if you meet the requirements.
