One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to add to our growing team and we are excited to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus according to the following schedule.*
$1000 30-day retention
$1000 60-day retention

*Sign-on bonus in an amount equal to $3,000 (the “Sign-On Bonus”), payable in 3 equal payments over 90 days via regular payroll. The first payment will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 30-day anniversary from Start Date. Subsequent payments will be issued with the payroll periods comprising the 60-day and 90-day anniversaries from Start Date. Final payout of $2000 will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 180-day anniversary from Start Date. All bonus payments will be subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements. You must be employed through the end of each measurement period to remain eligible for the associated bonus pay out.
