About this job
As Training Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, organizing, and conducting technical workshops, and evaluating of workshop effectiveness.

Responsible for Plan, designing & creating (or curating) the training materials on company products, processes and technologies.
Orient trainers about the content and scope of the training
Deliver pieces of training when required
Updates the content on an ongoing basis
Analyzes course evaluations to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvement.
Interpret data to judge progress and cost-effectiveness
Help the Tech Competency Leader to evaluate external learning vendors

Proven experience as a Tech expert (3 yrs) willing to learn training skills OR proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate) willing to learn tech skills
Proven expertise in any of the Technical Tracks - Java Full-stack or Data Engineering with Python or Data Science, AI/ML track or Data and Business Intelligence stack as trainer/developer
Besides proficiency with Microsoft Office well-versed on the various learning management system (LMS) software available.
Excellent verbal and written communicators
Facilitation / Organization skills
Degree at university level, preferable in technical/educational related area
Train The Trainer certification is a plus
Experience - 3 years to 10 years
Location - Chennai/ Pune
Additional Information
Technical Trainers/ Corporate trainers with hands-on expertise in conducting Java/ Frontend/ Full stack trainings.
Software/ Java/ Fullstack Developers wiling to change their profile as Corporate Trainer are also welcomed
