Experience : 15 + Years
Education Essential & Preferred: BE (Mech) /(ELECTRICAL)–with Experience of hard core Retail/project Sales of HVAC products -Any other qualification is also acceptable –If candidate has rich experience and contacts in HVAC industry.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
To meet HVAC Consultants, contractors, OEM's, Architects, Project Management Consultants & Direct Customers for approval of entire range of Insu products.
To get information of new projects from Consultants / Architects.
To generate requirement for the product by meeting perspective client, and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.
Relationship management with key Consultants/Architects/ Contractors /Dealers.
New Market Development.
Appointment of Distributors and Dealers
Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis Demand Forecast and Planning
Collection of Pending statutory forms.
To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant.
Co-coordinating with factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
Demonstration of the product, presentations to target audience
To prepare and submit quotation & negotiation..
Development of MIS & Budgeting
Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.
Managing, Guiding and Training of existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.
