4+years of related experience in Change Management initiatives, Learning & Development, Organizational Development/Organization Transformation. At least 2-4 years’ relevant experience in the field of change management and organization transformation consulting in international and matrixed contexts Thereof 2-3 years’ experience in in-house- or external consultancy having worked across different industries and clients First experience in leading medium sized project teams across different projects
§ Apply Infineon global framework and methodology to design and deliver organization strategy solutions for India
§ Proactively contribute to global People and Organization Effectiveness projects, programs, and initiatives
Develop trusted partnership and acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives in change projects/initiatives
§ Contribute to future vision of Global/Regional POE team by participating in initiatives/projects
§ Collaborate with Global/Regional teams to deploy Global/Regional framework, projects, initiatives in the area of People and Leadership Development
§ Be a Change Driver, develop change, org Transformation concepts and interventions to ensure Org Structure integrations.
§ Participate in Global/Regional OT/ OE & /HR forums support program development and deployment.
Apply Infineon Change Management framework, methodology and tools to create a change strategy to support adoption of the changes
Work with the India leadership to drive digital transformation, culture change, behaviour change, change adoption
Plan and lead change management activities for India.
Support post-merger activities and organisation transformation initiatives
Consult and Support site management and HR Business Partners on change management and org effectiveness topics
Independently lead complex projects, leveraging advanced expertise of organization strategy and organization design. Lead / Partner with Business function in agile transformation projects.
Translate leading practices of change management into actionable approaches for Infineon and drive fast development of related Infineon approaches to allow for Biz to be adopted.
Consult and support HR business partners (GBP, LBP) and biz leaders on change management and organization transformation topics.
§ Consult with Top Management in planning, architecting and executing transformation projects
Lead the employee engagement topics for the site, working along with HRBP and Business leaders
