• Overall experience of 2-7 years

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role

• Tech savvy with working knowledge of ITSM products like Service Now, Emails, MS office, remote control software

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with SOP

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)

• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

• Ability to coordinate with different teams for ticket resolution follow-ups.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts-time zone

Mandatory language- Japanese certification (N3 JLPT level)
