Sales, Marketing & Communications - Recruitment Manager
Permanent People are exclusively partnering with an independent London based recruitment business, who are looking to hire a senior level recruiter to oversee their Marketing and Communications division.
This is a new role and will see you working closely with the MD of the business in developing this divisions growth.
Its a huge opportunity for a recruiter with relevant sector experience, looking for an opportunity to lead within great recruitment business.
You will be working with both agency and in-house clients, On the agency side the likes of Omnicom, M&C Saatchi Group and Huntsworth and in-house companies such as Monster Energy, Royal Caribbean Cruises as well as media and sports businesses.
This role can progress into a senior management position and there is scope to leverage from 400+ existing clients who have signed terms with our clients business.
You will currently be working in a recruitment agency and focus on either perm or interim (or both) roles within the Marketing, Comms or PR sector.
A strong track record of billings is essential, as is the ability and desire to be able to work with full autonomy.
A determined, driven, and pro-active nature is also a must, as well as having the characteristic to work at a fast pace.
