Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates from various job portals as per requirement both Internal & external hiring
Screening candidates CV's and contact relevant candidates.
Schedule interview, Send call letter and follow up with candidates to attend interview.
Maintain trackers and MIS Reporting on Recruitment.
Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment.
Following up with selected candidates until on-boarding.
Follow up or collect certificates, payslips and offer copy, verifying and validating credentials/ testimonials, and get employment application forms filled.
Communicate to candidate at each level sending acknowledgement emails on receipt of email, selections, rejection emails and next level communication emails.
Experience with Employee performance evaluation
Coming up with stratigies and plans for avoiding any future problems that may come across
Creating pipeline of resources for both Internal & external IT requirement.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Should have excellent communication skills.
Should posses good negotiation skills.
Should be able to work independently or in team.
Should be capable of Maintainaing records, timesheets of consultants, Punch hours calculation etc..

Employee performance evaluation
Maintaining of records
Follow ups on all work in progess task
Weekly reports on Submission, portal usage etc..
Organize and maintain personal records.
Collaborate with the recruiter to post job ads on career pages and process incoming resumes
