Manage and grow prepaid revenue business for the cluster by leveraging pillars of growth (Unlimited penetration) and grow subscriber base through effective retention strategies.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Deliver Base growth as well as Revenue outcomes as per DB.
Deliver NPS leadership for Pre paid consumers.
Drive preference to win incremental share from Pre paid consumers in the category - MNP.
Aid Sales to drive incremental new adds thru strong GTM deployment.
Understand consumer trends and competition landscape to aid insights and proposition development.
Drive the 121 Engine to deliver strong engagement and affinity - grow 121 contribution.
Drive Digital Payments to bring churn and costs down
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Understand consumers and emerging consumer trends and consumer buying behavior.
Have the ability to sift through consumer speak and generate insights to build a comprehensive GTM, aid proposition development etc.
Digital landscape , choice of media vehicles to impact consideration and choice. SEO, Performance Marketing.
Clear understanding of ROI on Media outlays.
Strong Cross functional skills and ability to work with ambiguity and unstructured environments is a requirement
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Consumer Marketing experience with Sales and Distribution - Should have managed a sales Territory.
MBA from a tier 1/2 school is essential with 2 - 5 years of experience
