Responsibilities:Plan and execute virtual and physical events to engage key stakeholders in prospect companies and contribute to overall demand generation.Develop key partnerships with 3rd party events & initiatives to position Darwinbox as a category leader in the HCM space.Identify and participate in industry trade shows and events with a dual objective of driving demand and creating brand awareness.Plan and execute on co-marketing initiatives.Maintain relationships with third party vendors and partners.Engage key influencers from the industry to add credibility to the Darwinbox brand.Track & report on all field marketing expenses in adherence to the overall marketing budget.
Who should apply:3+ years of B2B marketing or field marketing experience.Solid project management and communications skills that can bring together people to achieve goals in a matrixed environment.Experience of working in a strategic role in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization with international complexity.Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships.
