Service Desk Analyst

A leading provider of IT Services is looking for a FirstLine Analyst to join its busy Financial Sector Service Desk in Milton Keynes. This is an ongoing contract initially offered at 3-6 months.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact to offer customers a quick resolution of their IT issues.

Key tasks:

* Log incoming calls and diagnose and resolve user issues
* Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure consistent user experience
* Actively participate in and contribute to an ongoing team dynamic
* Work to ensure the department meets its SLA performance targets

Previous experience of working a busy service desk would be ideal, as are good communication and customer service skills.

You will be asked to work one Saturday every four weeks, and the team operate within a shift pattern so you must be flexible with either an 8am start or late finish at 8pm Monday - Friday (37.5 hrs per week). Successful applicants will also need to complete financial vetting before starting.
