Infrastructure Project Manager

InterQuest are hiring for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manafger to join our leading Retail client in West Yorkshire for an initial 6 month assignment.

This role is to establish cross-functional teams to implement a range of IT enabled projects, ensuring target benefits to th business are realised, maintaining the integrity of quality, speed and cost.

You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering Infrastructure projects.

Ideally they are seeking an experienced PM with an Infrastructure background. You will be working on an Exchange/AD upgrade and Modernisation DMZ project, more detail below:

Exchange/AD - Upgrade the current OS level on the AD and Exchange platforms to the latest versions. This is to be completed across multiple sites. Additionally a clean up of data in exchange and data storage upgrade to be completed.

DMZ - Build a new “Hyper-Converged” Infrastructure (HCI) that combines platform technologies - server, storage and network capabilities into one solution.

The projects will follow a Waterfall methodology, so Prince2 or an equivalent accreditation would also be beneficial.

This role will be once per week or once per fortnight based onsite in West Yorkshire and the rest working from home if you wish.
