Salary: £40,300 and £50,000


Hybrid Working Up to 3 days a week working from home

Are you an experienced UX Designer either used to a Lead role or ready to become one?

Do you enjoy diverse, complex design challenges on a large, high profile content rich website?

How does leading UX design within the AQA agile digital team sound?

You will join at the point of implementing a new brand as part of a new strategy and an exciting time in a highly professional, dedicated team of digital experts (Content Design, Developers, Digital Analyst and Product managers).

Researching user behaviour of different personas and designing customer journeys and user interfaces to ensure our website visitors can intuitively navigate their way through to the content they need; you will be working in partnership with our Customer experience team.

You are already demonstrating innovative and positive leadership behaviours and are comfortable in building and bringing about change which will help you to directly support and influence AQA's strategy

We are looking to hold interviews early August with a view to offering by the end of August 2022.

Interviews will consist of a pre-screen call with the Head of department followed by a singular interview to be held via MS Teams.
