About the role
The key objective of our Invoice Payments Specialist is to make accurate payments of incoming dealer invoices for Arval's indirect (e.g. broker) channels. We do of course need you to check we've received all the required documentation and recorded it before making those payments.
You'll be working with key stakeholders across the business, as well as our external suppliers to resolve any invoice queries. This means you'll be working closely with our Finance team to resolve any queries on the ledger accounts.
This is a Pay Zone A2 role with a salary range of up to £19,500
We operate a hybrid working option, this gives you up to 2 days working from home per week; You will be eligible, once training is complete and you are fully competent in the role.

About You
We will be looking for evidence where you have managed workloads and prioritised accordingly as well as your understanding of the invoicing process.
Due to the nature of this role, we would like you to be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to your workload. We are always looking for ways to improve, so should you want to share any ideas along the way, they will be welcomed.
We'd like you to demonstrate a great level of customer service throughout the role to ensure the satisfaction of our customer.
