Quality and Compliance Manager, Essex, £45,000
Our client, a specialist retailer, are now seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to join their Facilities and Estates Team. As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for Planning, Managing, Monitoring and Reporting on Quality Assurance & Compliance Activity on ISO ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, across their Property Portfolio.
Duties will include.
Engage with all stakeholders and embed a positive Quality & Compliance Culture with demonstrable benefits.
Create, Implement and Manage the Quality & Compliance Plan, Do, Check, Act system.
Write, Review, and Update Processes & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
Obtain, Implement and maintain ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 Accreditation.
Carry out audits and produce NCR's & Action Plans to ensure Statutory & Regulatory Compliance.
Ensure company documented procedures are always implemented and complied with.
Be the Point of Contact (PoC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quality Assurance & Compliance.
Compile & Report on all Statistics such as NCR's, Regulatory Complaints and breaches of legislation.
Design, implement and maintain a risk based, due diligence product safety testing programme.
Promote the benefits of Quality Assurance & Compliance to Employees, Suppliers, Contractors & Customers.
