Position: Mobile General Maintenance Engineer

Location: London/ Greater London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £32,000 to £34,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for a general maintenance engineer for a mobile position covering London and Greater London

This position will be working as part of a team dealing with planned maintenance to mainly offices in the London area

This position will be dealing with general maintenance such as fabric works, painting, basic plumbing etc

The right person for this position will hold a full UK driving licence, they will already have a strong working background in commercial maintenance. We would like this person to have some form of maintenance qualification, however this could include plumbing, carpentry etc

Requirements

• Strong commercial maintenance background
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to travel into London
• Holding a building services qualification would be preferred but not essential
• Must be able to provide a work reference
• Experience with plant rooms or basic air conditioning maintenance would be an advantage

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• Company van
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
