Recruiter (Legal Hiring)


The Role:




We are looking for a Recruiter to proactively identify and build talent pipeline for high growth Legal teams.




Responsibilities:



Drive hiring for Legal roles to support fast-paced business growth.
Utilize Boolean search methodology to identify candidate profiles for niche Technology roles.
Leverage all sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, and legal job boards etc.
Proactively connect with top talent and reduce time to hire.
Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Prioritize efforts for diversity and inclusion.
 

Good To Have:



Bachelor's from a premier College or University.
1-3 years of talent sourcing experience in a fast paced corporate or start-up environment.
Prior experience in reducing TAT for Legal roles.
Excellent communication, time management and organization skills.
