Key Deliverables
. Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives for the Zone
. Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, Base management & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions
. Manage the portfolio of higher denomination recharges and other products like Airtel Money, Airtel TV etc.
. Review distribution health & take necessary actions to drive width & depth of distribution
. Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the zone and mentor the Sales team
. Drive cross-functional teams through planning, tracking and reviews to ensure Revenue Earning Customers and Net Revenue for the zone
. Coordinate and plan with the network team to ensure seamless network connectivity for the customers

Educational Qualifications
Work Experience
. 8 - 10 years of work experience - 5 years in Telco Sales / FMCG or related industry
. Team Managerial experience and must have led a sales/ marketing/ product group
