UniAcco aggregates Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) properties on its online
platform and enables customers to compare, consult and choose these properties through this platform. Guarantor, visa consultation, banking and financing services are also offered by us and these are delivered through our strategic partnerships. Our product enables the searching and leasing of PBSA properties.

At UniAcco We are looking for Alliances and Partnership Manager with demonstrated networking abilities. The candidate should be open to travelling to other places of business and make the most out of every probable opportunity. Your main role would be to build and manage relationships with other partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.
The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances for the growth of the company
Roles and Responsibilities:
Devise and operationalize long-term partnership framework and execution strategy
Establish strategic tie-ups across channels crucial for growth and revenue
Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further
Create outcome-driven engagement plans with partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships
Be the single point of contact for our key partners and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
Build and develop commercial and strategic alliance relationships with our key targeted partners.
Big plus : Previous experience in establishing well-functioning and effective B2B partnerships across industries and outside-the-box- usual alliances
Encourage and supervise any collaborations with partner brands.
Attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing new, strong B2B partnerships or being a B2B marketer with a proven sales record
Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnership channel for a company
Ability to thoroughly analyze business products and value propositions and put these into strategic thinking toward alliance partnerships strategies
Development/Sales experience in International Education Industry
Data-driven decision making, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations
Skills allowing to self-manage and self-improve without a need for constant monitoring
Influential personality with good connect in International Education domain
Strong personality with good interpersonal skills with client relationship attributes.
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Can exercise sound judgement and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Has outstanding negotiating skills
