Role Statement : Head Role for the Contracts Department.
Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities :
Leading Contracts Management, Planning & Monitoring, Cost control and Design coordination.
Should be hands on ERP. Farvision / SAP.
Activities he will Carry out:
Expertise in contract management including tendering, costing, contractual correspondence, negotiations & claims, change management for the complete project lifecycle.
Driving pre-construction stage with end to end development planning / program management/execution strategy in line with the development objectives till post-handover stage.
Handing complete techno-commercial aspects of projects during execution stages, delivering projects strictly adhering to schedules & specifications while meeting cost & profitability objectives.
Controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
Networking with architects / consultants / contractors to ascertain technical specifications, value engineering and construction related essentials and remove bottleneck in a timely manner.
Experienced in development planning coordination (master planning, FSI planning, product mix, phasing, design management) to maximize profitability/optimize cash flow including with Customer centric approach to all design aspects.
Coordinating with Business Strategy Counterpart and Corporate functions to maximize profitability/optimize cash flow.
Planning and Reviewing Execution Strategy in consultation with Head Operations, deciding project milestones, phasing, technology, materials, vendor and procurement etc., improving productivity norms as per site conditions.
Expertise in process streamlining, strategic planning, benchmarking & value engineering to improve project deliveries within the business.
