What you will be doing:
Release planning in coordination with other Agile teams for overall sprint planning
Coaching the team on Agile values, methods, principles and practice for delivery of projects
Ensuring team adhering to Scrum methodology with in the team
Communicate with stakeholders and publish reports on progress as required
Good interpersonal and communication skills
What you bring:
Min 3 years of experience as scrum master
Understanding and implementation of key agile mythologies
Facilitate Sprint ceremonies, ie, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Review and Retrospective meetings to monitor Sprint progress
Prepare and own Agile metrics, Reporting, Release Burn downs, Sprint Burn downs, Velocity etc.
Facilitate and help team for removing Sprint impediments and road blocks
Education Requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
