Facebook Operation Lead

Job Role:

Managing end to end operations for all FB pages which involve content planning , coordination with upload team , Optimization and promotion of the Shemaroo catalogue . This profile is NOT ABOUT social media brand building posts , rather its about the monetization of large number of movies and other content on FB Platform

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparing the upload calendar keeping the calendar of events in mind
• Closely work with CSS team to ensure timely packaging and upload of the content
• Effective Optimization to ensure good content visibility and shelf life
• Ensuring the right mix of repost and reupload to maximize the viewership and monetization
• Thorough knowledge of Rights Manager is crucial as one needs to take care of all the claims coming from different music labels / Pages
• Preparing dashboards and conduct adhoc analysis pertain to different pages using FB Analytics
• Revenue and views from each pages
• New initiatives pertaining to different experiments to increase revenue
