System Administrator (Snr Analyst)

Whom we are looking for:

This opportunity will give you the ability to support our team in both the technical administration and management of our office. The IT System Administrator is responsible for the first level of technical and account administration support for internal staff at Rayden Interactive. The incumbent will also work closely with the Director of Rayden in all aspects of office management and administration.

What you will do:

  • Provide an outstanding experience to employees throughout the support process.
  • Manage multiple avenues of support requests including tickets, calls, and e-mail.
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of programs, tools, and hardware used by all teams at Rayden Design.
  • Set up the new hire accounts and workstations.
  • Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory and O365
  • O365 account administration including licensing, managing DL’s and basic knowledge on company Intune portal.
  • Experience on multi factor authentication methods (Duo, MS Authenticator).
  • Basic knowledge of hardware setup, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • VDI (Virtual machines) experience / troubleshooting.
  • Asset management and coordinate with IT vendors for hardware issues.
  • Co-ordinate with the onshore engineering teams regularly for providing a timely resolution to the Rayden users.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
  • Support the roll-out of new tools and systems to employees.
  • Installing and configuring software, hardware.
  • Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

What you bring:

  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • University degree required.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, global Services Desk engineer or similar role for a minimum of 5 - 6 years.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
