On offer we have an exciting opportunity as a Licensing Specialist where you will be sharing your experience and expertise in supporting various teams around the complexity of Microsoft Licensing.

You will be working along with the Customer Engagement team to develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. You will be supporting the Sales Account Managers in doing the same.


Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Have a clear understanding of the Microsoft programs and Microsoft Enterprise Agreements, License optimization, spend optimization, commercial analysis and deal benchmarking amongst other responsibilities
  • Deliver licensing workshop to Customers and partners
  • Deliver Microsoft software advisory projects
  • Ensure good collaboration & communication with Microsoft on all renewals and new opportunities, including negotiation tactics. Attend QBRs and maintain good relationships with the Microsoft Partner Sales team
  • Able to position Crayon value efficiently and win move large and complex licensing deals
  • Enable and train Internal Team Members on Licensing for Both Products and Programs of Microsoft

Desired Competency & Experience:

  • Degree/MBA or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years’ Microsoft Licensing experience is preferred
  • Strong licensing acumen with ability to create win-win licensing solutions
  • Proficiency In rebate Structure of Microsoft
  • Microsoft Certifications on licensing
