1. Handling Ecommerce operations of the company.

2.Managing Seller accounts of Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, Nykaa, Ajio, Paytm and other market places.

3.Cataloguing, listing, determining product prices on web-store and different retail ecommerce marketplaces.

4.Driving processes to ensure price changes, promotional sets, markdowns are effectively made on product when needed.

5.Managing product photography process and ensuring that the correct images are used to list products in the marketplaces.

6.Preparing product descriptions or subject lines, optimizing content, uploading digital media, such as images, videos to search engine criteria on online storefront and other shopping websites.

7.Managing optimal inventory levels for the complete web-store & marketplaces.

8.Creating, managing, automating orders or invoices, using order management from ecommerce software.

9.Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies, such as boxes, tapes, loose packing materials and promotional materials

10.Tracking product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data.

11.Managing Sales on all Ecommerce website for all categories.

12.Ensuring for proper packaging of product to avoid the damages while shipping.

13.Coordinating with Account Managers of Market Places to increase contribution through promotions and improving accuracy of content, rates and inventory.

14.Sourcing, conducting meetings and building partnerships with all new vendors.

15.Reviewing the top sellers for each categories.

16.Reviewing the customer compliants on market places and keep a check on the CS/QC team and taking timely actions to resolve the issues.

17.Ensuring timely reconciliation of all online parties and taking action accordingly on any discrepancies or differences.
