HearClear India is a leading hearing care organisation in the Northern part of the country, established to provide world-class audiology and hassle-free hearing experience to hearing aid users. HearClear is backed by Signia (World's leading Hearing Aid brand), earlier known as Siemens.



  • Responsible for acquisition of new business partners including ENT doctors, GPs, and other specialist Doctors, Hospitals, Opticians, Chemists and other Healthcare Sector Stakeholders.
  • Meet with doctors, hospitals, and other stakeholders to promote HearClear's services
  • Organise doctor meetups regularly to create brand recall and generate
  • Visiting Doctors' and maintaining a long-lasting, consistent relationship to grow the business.
  • Responsible for business growth in the specific catchments and achieving assigned revenue targets
  • Monitor and provide continuous feedback on competitors' marketing activities
  • Plan events and activities to promote the brand in the offline space
  • Talk to the leads generated through the above sources to help the team convert these leads to sales.
