We’re hiring for Customer Success team in for a Non Voice Role:

The applicant should enjoy interacting with others.


  • Listen to Moneycontrol user’s concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem.
  • Answer through CHAT (few hours a day) and through email to questions users have about available products and subscription services.
  • Select appropriate responses to users issues and work quickly to resolve them within the turnaround time.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve the user’s issues.


  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a digital environment will be preferred.
  • Experience requirement: 4 years+
