The PAM Engineer is a key member of the Global Information Security team reporting to the IAM Manager. The PAM Engineer will interface with peers in the security team as well as other members of the broader technology team.


  • Work with the manager to build out the strategy road map for a privilege access management program.
  • Execute various phases of the developed Road Map
  • Work with the manager to Communicate with IT Teams strategy plan
  • Manage the relationship with the Privilege Access Management (PAM) vendor.
  • Manage the support team to keep the service up and running
  • Work with the support team to document processes and procedures
  • Look at the current processes and recommend improvements
  • Generate metrics to communicate both adoptions of services and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Security discipline
  • 5+ Experience in PAM (Privilege Access Management)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
