The Team

The Development Team at FlexTrade is a fast-growing team and vital function of our business. We are a group of ‘get it done’ builders and visionaries that are client-focused and strategically minded. Although we are a small team, we leverage our cross-functional expertise to deliver quality campaigns to our stakeholders from strategy through execution.

About You

• You are good at software development in C++ on Linux.
• You have experience with gcc/gdb along with libraries such as STL and Boost.
• You write custom trading strategies for clients.
• You actively participate in Development Team processes for code reviews, design discussions, new product ideas and mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or higher
• Advanced knowledge of C/C++, Object Oriented Design, STL
• Intermediate knowledge of multithreading
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Linux, Shell
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking with TCP/IP and socket programming in C/C++
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivation and self-determination to learn and grow
• Exposure to software development processes such as Agile and common tools like git and Jira
