Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers, creating, stimulating and maximizing sales opportunities, in order to achieve store sales and profit targets as well as provide excellent service to customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationship with existing clients to enhance clienteling experience and increase sales achievement.
- Develop and engage new customers by providing customized advice and introducing them to the discovery of the brand.
- Manage the sales process as per delivery standards.
- Contribute to the store and service KPI’s achievement and apply all sales related procedures and guidelines.
- Perform 1-1 CRM activities as per Store Manager’s instructions.
- Perform all After Sales services and other pertinent ad-hoc duties.
- Must have a strong knowledge of the Luxury business
- Must possess strong selling skills and results oriented
- A conversationalist, resourceful and customer-focused
- Able to carry out store procedures and processes
- Familiar with CRM techniques and tools and other store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, SAP, etc.)
