Position Summary: The Software Developer Engineer III role on the Unified Communications and Collaborationteam (UCC) is an individual contributor role responsible for implementing OOTB (out-of-the-box) Office 365 SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, MS Teams & Slack solutions requested by business stakeholders. This individual will also deliver ongoing enhancement and project requests to the business and be involved with strategic initiatives, advocacy, and the enterprise roadmap for the platform.

Office 365 Solutions Development- SharePoint, OneDrive, & Teams
Provide technical expertise and counsel to business stakeholders inquiring about SharePoint solutions.
Identify, evaluate, and implement OOTB (out-of-the-box) SharePoint 365 solutions to meet the needs of business stakeholders.
Identify and implement best practices for developing SharePoint solutions.
Provide SharePoint developmental leadership and subject matter expertise to team and business stakeholders.
Assist in information architecture for SharePoint.
Extend and integrate the platform through available APIs, SDK's or other platform integration points as requested.
Become proficient in utilizing SharePoint and Office 365 and their out-of-the-box administrative features to fulfill business requests and initiatives.
Continuously collaborate with the vendor and IT teams to maintain ongoing performance, availability, upgrades, and security objectives, as well as advancing integration projects with other existing enterprise platforms
Manage and publish the platform architecture, design, development, and operational procedures for reference by other F5 teams
Assist F5 teams in learning how they can better work within their team or across other teams/departments
Serve as one of the primary F5 advocates for collaboration and how our platforms assist with that
Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned, including learning development and administration of other Corporate Tools
Bachelor's degree or relevant work-related experience
3-5 years of relevant experience as an experienced, enthusiastic developer of Office 365 SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, & Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including editing skills.
Comfortable meeting with or presenting to all levels of business stakeholders.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to work successfully with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve results.
Proven ability to be self-directed in your work and be a lead on delivering projects and other enhancements.
Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and Microsoft development tools.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Duties are performed in a typical office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 10% of the time spent traveling.
Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 40 pounds frequently
