Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Brighton /Hybrid working
Salary: £24,500k OTE £35K-£45K
Our client is looking to recruit an Account Manager. Our client is a market leader in the financial industry offering fantastic benefits and working environment.
This is a phone-based role, driving growth, retention and customer engagement across a group of existing UK Small Business customers using consultative sales and relationship management skills. Our clients are Small Business Owners with an entrepreneurial spirit, and you will be helping them get more business done.

- Build relationships with a diverse group of existing business customers to achieve profitable growth
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identify and prioritise opportunities that support goal achievement
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment, to influence, collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Ensures premium value is delivered that aligns with clients' goals, delivers a positive client experience and achieves client advocacy
- Understands client's opportunities, threats and risks to maintain and grow relationship
- Exceed monthly / annual targets
- Self-starter with a hunger to succeed and a strong will to win and ability to drive results
- Commercial Sales experience desirable, ideally with SME's
- Experience with card product value proposition ideal
- Understanding of the SME Payments landscape
- Customer focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and persuade
- Experience of working and thriving in a fast paced environment
