Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing and highly successful MSP where you will have full autonomy carrying out IT Support across multiple sites, being the go-to expert to clients?

In this role you will be responsible for covering a local patch, visiting client sites within the Education sector, as well as covering the helpdesk remotely. You will carry out 1st, 2nd & 3rd IT Support services.

The ideal IT Support Engineer will have a background working within the Education or Public sectors. You will need to have practical knowledge of Firewalls, Windows AD, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. You will have network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of LAN / WAN technologies.

The Role:
* Field 75% / 25% Remote helpdesk
* 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support
* Troubleshooting Network issues

The Person:
* Full UK driving license & own vehicle
* Experienced IT Support Engineer
* Knowledge of Firewalls, Windows AD, 365, Azure AD & LAN / WAN
